Booking records: 12 months after your visit

Marketing list: until you unsubscribe

CCTV: automatically deleted after 30 days unless needed for an investigation

Financial records: 6 years (HMRC requirement)

5. Who sees your data?
Our trained staff

Trusted service partners (reservation system, payment processor, email platform) who process data under strict contracts

Law-enforcement or regulators if legally required
We never sell your data.

6. Your rights
You can ask us to:

Access the data we hold

Correct any mistakes

Delete data we no longer need

Limit or object to certain uses

Transfer data to another provider

Contact us (details above) and we’ll reply within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Password-protected systems with access controls

Regular software updates and staff training

We may update this notice to reflect new laws or business changes. The latest version is always on our website.
