Welcome to Mo-Mo Bar. By visiting, booking or ordering with us you agree to the points below. They’re straightforward, but please read them so everyone enjoys their time with us.

1. Who We Are
MOMO BAR, 25 Chapel St, Hamilton ML3 6AP

Licensed and regulated under Scottish law.

2. Age & ID
We sell alcohol only to guests 18 +.

We run Challenge 25 – if you look under 25 we’ll ask for valid photo ID.

Under-18s are welcome before 8 pm with a responsible adult and must leave by 10 pm.

3. Table Bookings
Standard bookings last 90 minutes.

We hold tables for 15 minutes after the booked time.

Groups of 8 + may need a small deposit; refundable if you cancel 24 h in advance.

Please let us know ASAP if you can’t make it.

4. Food & Allergies
Tell us about any allergies before you order.

Full allergen details are available on request.

Our kitchen handles all major allergens; we can’t guarantee zero cross-contact.

5. Prices & Payment
All prices include VAT.

We accept cash, major cards and mobile pay.

An optional 10 % service charge is added to parties of six or more.

6. Responsible Behaviour
We may refuse service or entry to anyone who is drunk, abusive or without valid ID.

Please respect fellow guests, staff and neighbours.

7. Events & Promotions
Special events or offers come with their own rules (e.g. deposits, minimum spend).

Promotions can’t usually be combined and may change without notice.

8. Website & Privacy
Menu items, prices and opening hours on our site may change.

We keep reservation details secure and never sell your data.

9. Liability
We’re responsible for our own negligence, but not for loss or damage to your personal possessions.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally; the current version is always on our website.
